Renovated farmhouse with antique oak in Toulouse

These old oak floor boards come beautifully into their own in this timeless realisation by architect Bernard De Clerck. The patina on these floor boards is authentic. The rustic look is created by centuries of use. These floor boards were carefully selected and cleaned in Corvelyn’s workshops. After a drying process of 10 days in their own vacuum driers, the old floor boards obtain a uniform degree of drying, which also makes them particularly suitable for installation on floor heating. In doing so, an oak parquet sub-floor and the best glues are used.

The steps were also executed with these old oak floor boards with authentic patina. In the past year, Corvelyn installed more than 80% of its floors on floor heating and can fairly call itself a specialist in this area.
