Aged oak in a Campine villa

The aged multilayer wooden plank floor, installed on floor heating, makes this villa very bright and cosy.

The floor boards that are 28 cm wide were carefully selected and only show small knots, just enough to add authenticity to this floor. The wooden plank floor was installed in the fields, which contributes to a special serene ambience.

The ageing of oak wood is Corvelyn's area of expertise: by using products that react on tannin, the oak can no longer yellow.

By regularly maintaining this floor with a special soap it looks more and more beautiful, even when it is used intensively in this rural environment.
