Aged multilayer oak in a villa in Schilde

In this villa, which was furnished by Philink Architects, Corvelyn installed these magnificent timeless aged wooden plank floors. The artistic signs of ageing, the subtly splintered edges and the random surface wear all reflect the features of old materials. These wooden plank floors have been intensively smoked, washed and rinsed to obtain a natural tonality.

Thanks to their matt oil finishing, these floors are very easy to maintain. Since the wooden plank floors are installed on floor heating, we opted for the multilayer design.
